1. How long will the signup process take?

A: If you use our online applications, your information is transmitted to us immediately so that our staff can begin working on your behalf promptly.  Most accounts are approved within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Is it hard to get approved?

A: With the strategic alliances that we have made with financial services providers, most applications we receive are approved.

3. How does my money make it to me?

A: When you process a transaction, we will authorize, capture and settle that transaction for you and deposit the funds into your local bank account. 

4. How long does it take to get into my account?

A: The transaction authorization takes seconds to complete. Captured funds takes 24 to 48 hours (AMEX can take an additional day). The average transaction takes 48 to 72 hours to complete in order for the funds to be deposited into your bank account.

5. Do I need a special bank account?

A: If your business is incorporated, we simply use your business account for your deposits.  If you operate as a sole proprietorship or partnership, you may use your personal bank account.
